Oluwatoyin Olusanya-Onadele

Mrs. Oluwatoyin Olusanya-Onadele is a dynamic and accomplished serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of professional experience spanning financial services, business development, consulting, and strategic leadership. She is widely recognized for her visionary approach, deep industry knowledge, and ability to drive transformational growth across multiple sectors.

Between 2006 and 2022, he held various senior management positions in Zenith Bank Plc, one of Nigeria’s most profitable and largest banks.

She is currently the Chief Experience Officer and Chief Executive Officer of The Jewel Aeida Limited, a premier conferencing and experience center that she conceptualized and successfully launched in November 2021. In addition, she serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lusant Dell Limited, a consultancy and advisory firm, and is the Founder and Managing Director of Aeida Ventures Limited, a space and events management company that has consistently delivered premium services across diverse sectors over the past 13 years.

A trained economist and strategic advisor, Mrs. Olusanya-Onadele brings extensive expertise in financial services, treasury and investment management, and corporate advisory. Her core competencies include business development, financial markets, process reengineering, customer experience optimization, marketing and sales strategy, and personal and organizational development. She has led and executed high-impact consulting engagements for clients in key sectors including oil & gas, government, financial services, and telecommunications.

She is a highly sought-after facilitator in areas such as sales and leadership training, customer service transformation, financial literacy, and capacity building. Her reputation for excellence has earned her mandates to deliver bespoke training and advisory services to both corporate organizations and private clients.

Her banking career spans several reputable financial institutions including IMB, FSDH Merchant Bank, National Bank (now Wema Bank), Broad Bank, and Union Bank. At various points, she held senior roles in Sales, Treasury and Investment Banking, Private Banking, Asset Management, and both Consumer and Commercial Banking.

Mrs. Olusanya-Onadele holds an MBA from Cardiff Business School, University of Wales, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She has also completed several executive programs, including the Wharton University Competitive Marketing Strategy Course and the BlackRock Investment Banking Program, which included a two-week placement at BlackRock, London.
